I am a Permanent Makeup Artist who is 3x certified in microblading & microshading ombré brows. I am also Registered Nurse of 4+ years. I am a lover of beauty, fashion, art, and science.
Lavish Brows was brought to life from my passion of helping others. I take pride in helping all women feel more confident in their appearance. I uphold high standards for my work, with health and safety being my top priority. My goal is to leave a lasting impression with each client starting with my professionalism, knowledge, skill and customer service in a clean, friendly environment using high quality pigments, tools and supplies while practicing the highest quality of safe sanitation, disinfection and sterilization.

“WOW Cici really transformed me and I feel sooo beautiful again! She’s super STERILE and I felt very comfortable knowing she’s a seasoned registered nurse. Thanks again Cici!”
“Christine was absolutely amazing throughout my whole process, her confidence and knowledge made it easier for me to go ahead and get cheek fillers. This was my first time getting fillers. I was nervous, wasn’t sure about getting them but she educated me, answered all the questions I had. Very respectful, outstanding customer service, super professional. She met every expectation plus more. My results were immediate and absolutely beautiful. I have gotten a lot of compliments since getting the cheek fillers, very natural looking. I highly recommend. I will be scheduling with her again and again. Absolutely wonderful”
“I had my microshading brows by Cici done today and I couldn’t be happier! From talks during my brow tint appts to today’s final result, the entire experience was excellent. Cici took the time to understand exactly what I wanted and paid incredible attention to detail. The shaping is perfect for my face, and the color is spot on. The studio is clean and welcoming. Cici made me feel relaxed and confident. If you’re looking for natural-looking and beautifully done microshading, look no further!”
“Very personable and professional PMA. She performed a fix/correction to a previous job done by a completely different PMA in a different state. My brows look softened, more symmetrical and the tails are now the same length. They no longer have a harsh appearance. I really wanted my previously done brows un-harshened and they now do not appear harsh. For me there was no pain. I will definitely be following up in 6 weeks and if additional work needs to be performed, I will get it done and trust the process. I definitely recommend. Thank you for a pleasant experience”

Microblading and Ombré Powder (Microshading) are two different methods of permanent makeup (PMU).
Ombré Powder:
• Uses machine and tiny needle to scratch the surface of skin
• Creates a soft and powdery makeup look
• Involves minimal trauma to the skin
• Requires less touch ups to maintain
• Is suitable for all skin types
• Lasts 1-2 years before beginning to fade
Microblading:
• Uses hand tools with razor blade to cut incisions into the skin
• Mimics the appearance of hair strokes
• Involves more trauma to the skin than Microshading
• Requires more touch ups
• Is NOT suitable for all skin types, especially anyone with oily skin
• Begins to fade as soon as 6-12 months -
You must be 18 years or older for permanent brows. Henna tint is available for any age
-
As a precaution, we do not perform cosmetic tattooing on pregnant or nursing women.
-
Of course! Nothing gets shaded/tattooed until you approve the shape. During your initial appointment , a LOT of time will be spent on shaping, which includes measuring the brow bone structure and symmetry of your facial features. I will ask you to select your favorite shape (high arch, soft arch, straight, round, etc.) and to show me pictures of how you like your brows drawn in. I take all this into consideration, but I do not believe in a “one size fits all” approach to brows and will customize them to your individual needs. I am a trained expert in creating the best shape for each client according to their face and brow hair growth. Anything that deviates too much from your natural brows may be unrealistic. For example, if your brows are super straight and you’re asking for a very high arch, this may not be achievable.
-
No, do not shave your eyebrows. The beginning of your service includes a full consultation, followed by shaping and a discussion about your preferred color. Your regular brow maintenance of tweezing, threading, waxing and/or tinting may continue once the brows have healed.
-
The pigment will fade over time and we recommend to get an Annual Touch-Up to keep them looking their best. There is no guarantee in how long it lasts as each individual has very different skin and lifestyle
-
Pre Care is so important to your results. The following are mandatory Pre Care requirements for all appointments:
• Discontinue the use of any retinol products 4 weeks before
• Avoid Botox or fillers 4 weeks before
• Avoid chemical peels, facials or skin treatments 4 weeks before
• Avoid waxing, threading, or plucking brow hairs so that I can see the way your brow hair grows
• Avoid sun exposure for 1 week before (if skin is sunburnt, tattooing is not recommended)
• No caffeine, alcohol or pain relievers 24 hours ahead (can cause bleeding and/or swelling)
• Exfoliate your skin before your first appointment to remove any dead skin or build up in the brow area, which will be very beneficial to the tattoo process
• Wash your hair the night before or day of, in order to prevent the need for washing hair after service and potentially wetting the brows
• Getting a good nights rest and hydrating with lots of water also helps your skin be its very best and assists with healing
• Avoid makeup on the day of your service, since I will be cleaning and wiping your skin throughout the procedure
• Avoid booking during the week of your menstrual cycle, since it is known to cause increased sensitivity -
Not every client needs a Touch Up. If your brows heal to your desired results, you do not need the appointment! However, Powder Brows is a two-step process that typically does require 2 appointments to finish the process, ensure longevity and to "perfect" the brows. We will typically aim to go soft and lighter during the Initial Appointment to see how the skin heals, and then can add more saturation to get them darker and bolder in the Touch Up Appointment if desired. A majority of clients ask to go a shade or two darker during the Touch Up Appointment.
Frequency of touch-ups depends on a number of factors including: skin type, pigment selection, lifestyle (facials, sun exposure, smoking, acidic skincare products, etc), iron deficiency (your body absorbs iron-oxide as a supplement), chemical peels, etc.
Please note that final results can not be guaranteed as each skin type will hold pigments differently and break down at different rates. We will re-evaluate how your skin has received the pigment at your touch-up appointment and make any changes necessary. -
Yes! These are a bit more challenging, as they can involve neutralizing unwanted colors and/or reshaping to correct an undesired shape. A clear, well-lit photo of the brows must be submitted and approved prior to booking to ensure your brows can be corrected. Pricing is higher for corrections since this service involves more time and more work. If the brows are still highly saturated from previous work, one or more saline removal sessions may be required to lighten the brows before the Correction service.
-
The healing process is a bit of a journey! The initial skin healing lasts 2 weeks, of which the first 3 days are critical. Brows will be darker after your appointment for about 5 days, then scab up and peel for about 5 days. Then they will appear very light and patchy after it’s finished peeling, but don’t worry because closer to the 4-6 weeks the color rises back up and the brow will get darker again. Note that they will heal 30-50% lighter.
It takes up to 4-6 weeks for the pigment to fully settle in the skin. Which is why we wait to see how the skin heals and to give it time to rest before we do a Touch Up. Trusting the process is key! It is tried and true, and it works!
There are numerous restrictions for 2 weeks after the service to keep the brows clean and dry, including:
• No heavy sweating or exercising (first 3 days minimum)
• No getting the brows wet (splashing is ok, be sure to pat dry immediately)
• No swimming or submerging brows in water
• No sun exposure or tanning
• No waxing or threading the brows
• No facials or skin treatments
• No makeup or skincare products in the brow area
• No touching the brows
Detailed instructions will be provided to you at the end of your appointment. -
Everything you need during the healing process will be provided to you in my After Care kit! This includes ointment, applicators, and visors to wear in the shower.
-
My rescheduling policy is that you may reschedule your appointment as long as you provide at least 48 hours notice. If you do not give adequate notice or if you reschedule more than once, an additional booking deposit will be required to rebook. If you are sick or if an emergency occurs, I will work with you as best as I can to accommodate rescheduling you. However, please consider that each reschedule causes a loss for the artist due to the inability to fill the spot for someone else in such a short period.
-
Botox relaxes muscles to smooth out dynamic wrinkles (like forehead lines and crow’s feet), while filler adds volume and contour to areas like lips, cheeks, jaws, and under-eyes.
-
Yes! I offer complimentary consultations to go over your goals, pricing, and treatment options.
-
For Botox, I recommend touch-ups around 3–4 months. For filler, it depends on your metabolism and the area treated, usually every 12 months.
-
Yes! If needed, hyaluronic acid fillers can be safely dissolved using an enzyme called hyaluronidase. We always prioritize your comfort and confidence.
-
Absolutely not. My goal is always natural, subtle enhancement. We’ll go over your goals during your consultation so your results look refreshed, not frozen!
-
Botox typically lasts 3–4 months, while most fillers last 6–12 months, depending on the product used and the area treated.
-
Most clients say it’s a quick pinch! I use numbing cream and gentle techniques to keep you comfortable throughout your treatment.
-
There’s minimal downtime! You may experience slight swelling or bruising for 1–3 days after filler, and Botox can take up to 14 days to fully kick in. Avoid strenuous workouts, alcohol, or facial massages for 24 hours.
-
Most healthy adults over 18 are great candidates, but I’ll review your medical history to ensure it’s right for you. Pregnant or breastfeeding clients should wait.
“CICI is the absolute best!!! I’ve waited so long to get permanent brows because I was afraid, when I saw her work, I knew it was perfect timing. She made me feel comfortable and gave me the best brows with no pain at all!!! I would do it all over again, and in fact I will in 2-3 years when it’s time for my touch up!!!”
“I took CiCi’s ombré powder brow course. I took previous courses and didn’t gain what I needed, wanted, or excepted. Christine was PHENOMENAL!!! She is a great teacher. We are both Nurses so we both understand the importance of effective teaching. She was very patient and paid close attention and assessed the areas I told her I struggled with. By day 3, I did a live model with great results. Her knowledge and support boosted my confidence tremendously and I’m so happy to have her as a mentor during my journey as a brow artist. LOVE HER!”
“I met Cici a little over a year ago and was skeptical about this whole brow thing so just went with a brow tint. I finally decided to go for it and got the Ombre Powder brows and she did not disappoint. I loved the environment and her professionalism, she took her time to explain the process and checking in with me during the process. I can’t speak for everyone but for me this was a painless process. I’m sorry to have waited so long. Thank you !”
